PSC: Sen. Go, Rep. Nieto pangungunahan ang National Sports Summit 2021

BIBIGYANG- NINGNING nina Senator Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go at Chairman ng House Committee on Youth and Sports Representative John Marvin “Yul Servo” Nieto ang pambungad- seremonya ngayon ng National Sports Summit 2021.
Ang Sports Conversations ay serye ng lingguhang conference-type online sessions na inihu-host ng Philippine Sports Commission (PSC). Simula Enero 27 via Zoom hanggang sa Mayo ngayong taon.
“We are thankful to Sen. Go and Chairman Nieto for their support. We know how much they value the role of sports in nation-building,” wika ni PSC Chairman William ‘Butch’ Ramirez.
“We hope that they will inspire our participants to excel also and make a difference in their respective fields,” dagdag ni Ramirez na magbibigay din ng kanyang mensahe sa opener.
Ang NSS 2021, ay three-phased project na naglalayong ipaliwanag ang insights ng iba’t-ibang sports stakeholder at gamit ang mga foundations upang iukit ang sustainable at workable short to long-term plan para sa Philippine sports. “All data gathered in Sports Conversations shall be processed and studied to create a new set of resolutions to be presented to sports leaders for action.”
Higit sa 700 participante ang nagparehistro na sa online na kumakatawan sa kanilang national sports associations, local government units, government agencies, schools, colleges, universities, and sports-interested parties.
Ang unang session ay itatampok si United Sports Academy (USSA) President T.J. Rosandich na tatalakayin ang Sports Success mula sa First World nation.(Danny Simon)
