BVR on Tour papalo sa Cagayan

MATAPOS matingga ng dalawang taon, ang Beach Volleyball Republic (BVR) ay babalik sa aksyon sa Biyernes sa resort town ng Sta Ana sa Cagayan.

May kabouang 25 teams — 14 sa women’s at 11 sa men’s division — ang lalahaok sa championship ang unang kumpetisyon ay nakatakda sa October 22-25.

Habang ang second at final leg ay lalaruin sa October 28-31 sa parehong venue.
Optimistiko si BVR founder Charo Santos na ang muling pagpatuloy ng liga ay magpapalakas sa sports, at umaasang malagpasan ang countrys bronze medal achievement sa men’s at women’s division sa 30th Southeast Asian Games sa 2019.

“Apart from sports really trying to come back, I think right now the message that we want to give out to the public, the majority, and the audience, the stakeholders of volleyball is that sports is a catalyst of hope,” Wika ni Soriano, na chairperson rin nang Philippine National Volleyball Federation’s beach volleyball commission.

Ang BVR on Tour ay bahagi ng preparasyon ng national women’s at men’s team’ para sa Asian Seniors Beach Volleyball Championship, kung saan ang Pilipinas ay lalahok sa November 23-27 sa Phuket,Thailand.

Ito ang ikalimang beses simula 2018 na ang Santa Ana ay mag host ng BVR on Tour leg.

Ang women’s team ay Creamline, PLDT, TM, Biogenic, Eastern Communications, Toyota-Tuguegarao, Black Mamba Army, Sta. Lucia Lady Realtors, Boysen, Delimondo and Good Health-CDO.

Habang sa men’s division,Creamline, PLDT, ARMY-FSD Makati, DeliRush, Tuguegarao, EVI Construction and Negros Occidental Beach Volleyball Club.
