SA dinami-dami ng artista ng GMA, pinauwi nila mula sa Amerika si Ai Ai delas Alas upang magbida sa Raising Mamay na bagong serye ng Kapuso network.
Na sa kabila rin ng katotohanang may mga artistang naglilipatan sa GMA, kay Ai Ai pa rin ipinagkatiwala ang Raising Mamay.
Ano ang masasabi ni Ai Ai tungkol dito?
“Hindi naman, nagkataon lang. Actually last year, 2021 ko pa alam na meron akong teleserye na gagawin. But una, hindi ko alam na…. akala ko kasama lang ako.
“Hindi ko alam na isa pala ako sa bida. So nung nalaman ko na… kahit naman hindi ako bida kukunin pa din ako kasi bukod sa meron pa akong kontrata sa GMA, ayoko naman na alam mo yun, may blessing, e.
“Mahirap tumanggi sa blessing, di ba? Kasi alam ko na maraming artista na walang trabaho tapos ako binibigyan ng trabaho, parang nakaka-ano naman na tumanggi sa trabaho.
“Masarap yung madaming blessing, tatanggapin mo siyempre, di ba?
“So iyon talaga yung dahilan nun. And talagang uuwi ako parati tuwing may project para sa akin. Iyon talaga ang ipinangako ko sa sarili ko.”
Kasama ni Ai Ai sa serye sina Valerie Concepcion, Ina Feleo, Shayne Sava, Antonio Aquitania, Joyce Ching, Abdul Rahman, Raquel Pareño at Gary Estrada.
Mapapanood na ito simula sa Lunes, April 25, kapalit ng Little Princess sa GMA Afternoon Prime.

PARA sa mga nakaka-miss kay Migo Adecer na nag-goodbye na sa showbiz last year para mamalagi sa Australia, muli siyang mapapapanood sa Magpakailanman ngayong Sabado ng gabi.
Sa Magpakailanman replay episode na My Stalker Girlfriend, magkatambal sina Migo at Kate Valdez sa episode na ang direktor ay si Don Michael Perez na director ngayon ng Raising Mamay.
Kasama nina Migo at Kate sa My Stalker Girlfriend sina Karenina Haniel at Jerick Dolormente (na mainstay naman ngayon sa First Lady nina Sanya Lopez at Gabby Concepcion.
Ang My Stalker Girlfriend ng Magpakailanman ay sa pananaliksik ni Cynthia delos Santos at sa panulat ni Loi Argel Nova at mapapanood alas otso ng gabi, siyempre sa GMA.

Raya Sirena is headlined by no other than Sparkle Sweethearts Sofia Pablo as Raya and Allen Ansay as Gavin.
The seven-part mini-series will continue the story of Raya (Sofia) as she returns to Casa Elena resort where she first turned into a mermaid. She has learned a great deal from that experience as she becomes a more loving daughter and a good friend to Gavin (Allen), the son of their resort’s caretaker.
Sofia shares her excitement with the return of Raya Sirena, “May konting pressure kasi grabe yung tiwala na binigay nila sa amin, yung investment nila sa Raya Sirena and I’m really hoping and praying na sana maging successful ito katulad nung unang napanood ng tao ‘yung Raya Sirena sa Regal Studio Presents na one episode lang pero maraming nanood, maraming tumutok and nag-trending ng ilang araw. Sana ganun din yung impact ng Raya Sirena na mini-series.”
Joining Sofia and Allen in the program are Shirley Fuentes as Helga, Raya’s cunning and scheming aunt; Mosang as Nay Matet, the mother of Gavin, and caretaker of the family resort; Gerald Pesigan as Buknoy, one of the funny friends of Gavin; Shecko Apostol as Poknat, the other friend of Gavin who’s also makulit but supportive; Jana Francine Taladro as Thea, the younger daughter of Helga; Ayeesha Cervantes as Chriselle, the eldest daughter of Helga; Reins Mika as Lua, mermaid friend of Ape; Juan Carlos Galano as Bulan, Moon God and guardian of the sea; Elias Point as Otep, cousin of Gavin and Saviour Ramos as Ape, a merman and Raya’s guide in the sea.
