IMMIGRATION, MAY MAHIGIT 150 JOB OPENINGS

Narito ang magandang balita para mga naghahanap ng trabaho sa gobyerno.

Inihayag ni Bureau of Immigration (BI) Commissioner Norman G. Tansingco na mahigit150 bakanteng posisyon ang bukas ngayon para dagdag- puwersa na ipapakalat ng ahensiya sa mga pangunahing tanggapan nito sa buong bansa.

Napag-alaman na 147 immigration officers at 28 administrative aides ang kinakailangan ngayon ng BI para sa pagbabantay sa major ports at iba pang opisina ng BI.

“The manpower augmentation is part of the agency’s move to ensure improvement of our services to the travelling public, especially now that the country is on its way to recovery,” ani Tansingco.

Sinabi pa nito na nangangailangan ang BI ng mga ‘new breed of officers’ na may taglay na ‘passion and patriotism’ sa serbisyo-publiko.

Ang mga aplikante ay sasailalim sa mga pagsusulit at interviews bago pormal na makuha at maging bahagi ng BI.

“It’s a rigorous selection process, but this is how we make sure that we get the best officers to man our borders,”dagdag pa ni Tansingco.

Sinumang interesado ay hinihiling na isumite ang kanilang aplikasyon sa BI’s career portal at careers.immigration.gov.ph ng hanggang Setyembre 30, 2022, anang Commissioner. (JERRY S.TAN)
