Sinundan ni Sandro Marcos ng Ilocos Norte (95.8%), Kristine Singson-Meehan ng Ilocos Sur (95.6%), Duke Frasco ng Cebu (95.5%), Toby Tiangco ng Navotas City, Pablo John Garcia ng Cebu (95.3%), Stella Quimbo ng Marikina City (95.2%), Chiquiting Sagarbarria ng Negros Oriental (95.2%), Jolo Revilla ng Cavite (95.1%), Ralph Tulfo ng Quezon City (95.1%) at si Camille Villar ng Las Piñas City ay nakakuha ng 95.0%.
Ang mga karagdagang papuri ay ipinaabot sa iba pang mga kilalang Kinatawan para sa kanilang mahusay na job performance. Sina Jay-Jay Suarez ng Quezon at Marivic Co-Pilar ng Quezon City, na parehong may 94.8% rating, ay sinundan ni Edu Rama ng Cebu City sa 94.7%, Rhea Gullas ng Cebu na may 94.6%, at Cindi Chan ng Lapu-Lapu City (94.5%). Si Marvin Rillo ng Quezon City ay nakakuha ng 94.6% rating, Lolypop Ouano-Dizon ng Mandaue City 94.8%, Ralph Recto ng Batangas 94.5%, Oca Malapitan ng Caloocan 94.4%, at Patrick Michael Vargas ng Quezon City 94.3%.

Limang magagaling na City Mayors ang nagbahagi ng nangungunang antas sa “Top Performing City Mayors in the Philippines.” Nangunguna sa grupong ito si Joy Belmonte ng Quezon City, na mayroong 94.08%. Nakakuha ng 93.31% rating si Eric Singson ng Candon City, sinundan ni Jeannie Sandoval ng Malabon City (93.16%), Jerry Treñas ng Iloilo City (93.07%), at Ipe Remollo ng Dumaguete City (93.05%).

Ayon kay Dr. Paul Martinez, Global Affairs Analyst at Executive Director ng RPMD, “the stringent criteria employed in this noteworthy evaluation process. City Mayors underwent a comprehensive assessment based on seven critical benchmarks: service delivery, financial management, economic development, leadership and governance, environmental stewardship, social welfare initiatives, and proactive engagement with constituents. In contrast, the performance evaluation of District Representatives hinged on three main pillars: effectiveness in district representation, legislative accomplishments, and the quality of constituent services. To be considered for national recognition, candidates must first achieve the top rank in their respective regions.”
Kinikilala ng din ang “Top Performing Partylist Representatives in the Philippines”, nangunguna sina Yedda Romualdez at Jude Acidre ng Tingog Partylist na may 97.5%, sinundan ni Alfred Delos Santos ng Ang Probinsyano na may 90.8%. Si Bryan Revilla ng Agimat ay nakakuha ng 90.5%, habang sina Jocelyn at Erwin Tulfo ng ACT-CIS ay nakakuha ng 90.1%. Nagpatuloy ang ranking kung saan nakakuha ng 88.7% sina JC Abalos at Marcelino Libanan ng 4Ps at sina Bonifacio Bosita at Ramon Rodrigo ng 1RIDER na nakakuha ng 87.2%. Kinumpleto ni Anna Marie Villaraza-Suarez ng ALONA ang nangungunang performers.
Ang “Top Performing Representatives and City Mayors- Philippines (3rd quarter)” ay bahagi ng “Boses ng Bayan” performance assessment ng mga pampublikong opisyal na isinagawa noong Setyembre 20-30, 2023, na may 10,000 respondents na kinuha mula sa 65 milyong rehistradong botante. Ang margin ng error ay ±1% at 95% na antas ng kumpiyansa.
