Suzara hinirang na FIVB executive vice president

HINIRANG si Philippine National Volleyball Federation head Ramon “Tats” Suzara na executive vice president ng sport’s world body International Volleyball Federation (FIVB).

“It’s a great distinction and honor to be named as executive vice president of the FIVB because it will give Philippine volleyball great opportunities ahead,” Wika ni Suzara Miyerkules.

Nahalal siya na Asian Volleyball Confederation president nakaraang Setyenbre.

Magsisilbi siya sa ilalim ni Brazil’s Fabio Azevedo, na nagkakaisang binoto na presidente sa panahon ng 39th FIVB World Congress sa Porto, Portugal nakaraang Linggo.

Ang iba pang EVP’s ay sina Bouchra Hajij (Morocco), Marco Tullio Teixeira (Brazil), Mark Eckert (Canada), Dula Mester (Serbia), Hugh Graham (Cook Islands), Daniel Molaodi (Botswana), Mireya Luis Hernandez (Cuba) at Hila Asanuma (Palau).

Kabilang sa 2024-2028 FIVB Executive Committee ay sina Cristóbal Marte Hoffiz (1st Executive Vice-President), Roko Sikiriæ (2nd Executive Vice-President) at Roberto Wilfrido Escobar Gonzalez (Treasurer at Executive Vice-President).
