Camille Villar is eyeing more support for agriculture, education and small businesses once she joins the Senate in May.
Camille Villar made the commitment during her visit in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental last weekend.
Running for senator in the May 2025 polls, Camille Villar is also thankful for the warm welcome and support during her dialogue with by local officials and mayors.
Camille Villar is also pushing for promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises, which she says are considered the backbone of the economy for its ability to generate jobs, and to foster development.
Villar held a dialogue last Sunday with local officials including Misamis Oriental first district Rep. Christian Unabia, Gutagum Mayor Jessa Mugot, Balingasag Mayor Joshua Unabia, Initao Mayor Mercy Grace Acain, Salay Mayor Sonny Tan – Salay, Naawan Mayor Dennis Roa, Villanueva Mayor Bing Dumadag, Claveria Mayor Reynante Salvaleon, Talisayan Mayor Rico Taray, Binuangan Mayor Dann Isaiah Lusterio, Magsaysay Mayor Charlie Buhisan, Kinoguitan Mayor Ryan Pabellan and Rep. Lagonglong Jack Puertas.
“Thank you for sharing the advocacies of the province with me. Hindi ko po makakalimutan yan. And I can that the advocacies of our family are very alive. Makaaasa po kayo na hindi namin makakalimutan yan. Wherever I would go, babalik at babalik tayo sa Misamis Oriental,” she said.
