NAKAKUHA noon ng scholarship si Alden Richards sa isang pamosong aviation school bilang piloto.

Pero, para matupad ang kanyang pangarap na maging full-pledged pilot, kinuha na niya ang ilan pang natitirang subjects na hindi kasama sa package.

“Naisip ko, kunin na siya lahat. Technically, I enrolled doon sa three courses na hindi kasama sa scholarship so full package na siya,” aniya. “By the time I graduate, makakapagmaneho na ako ng lahat ng aircrafts available both privately and commercially,” dugtong niya.

Pagbibida pa niya, sumabak na rin daw sa paglipad gamit ang simulator.

“Sa aviation school, meron kaming simulator. The very latest technology of simulator they got from the US. Para siyang virtual reality. It simulates all the things that could happen sa isang flight, from takeoff to midair, to landing, to engine failure, to engine fire, terrain landing, water landing, lahat iyon ipaparamdam sa iyo, “ pagbabahagi niya.

Sey pa niya, proud daw siya dahil nagawa niya ang simulation with flying colors.

“Ni-land ko siya using A320 simulator. Nakakatuwa kasi I landed it smoothly,” ani Alden. “Since they started the school, parang wala pa raw nakakagawa na baguhan noon, so that gives me more excitement to really dive into this childhood dream of mine,” pahabol niya.

Hirit pa niya, magpopokus daw siya sa taong ito sa pag-aaral sa nabanggit na aviation school.

“This is a childhood dream of mine. After 2024, I told myself na (that) 2025 and the years beyond will be my time for myself,” bulalas niya. “May ultimate dream kasi ako na to become a reservist pilot for the airforce,” pagtatapos niya.
