“We’re actually asking YouTube to take down [SMNI] considering that it’s being used to protect a fugitive not only from the Philippines but also a fugitive of the laws of the United States,” ayon kay PNP-CIDG chief Police Brigadier General Nicolas Torre III.

“So we’re asking YouTube to actually take down the channel of SMNI and also Facebook for them to prevent from using those social media platforms as leverage for their illegal activities and criminal activities basically,” dagdag pa niya.

“Regarding the arrest of Mr. Quiboloy… in our full operations, he is arrested because he submitted himself….because he has no other options other than submit himself to the custody of the law, because wether he likes it or not he has no options that time,” ayon kay Torres.

“On the part that he is saying that he voluntary surrendered, it is just on the colloquial and popular term surrender because he no other option again, I will stress on that,” sambit pa niya.
