PVL ang bugtong na pro league ng bansa

OPISYAL na kinilala ng Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) na ang Premier Volleyball League (PVL) lamang ang professional league ng bansa.

Tinanggap ni PVL president Ricky Palou ang PNVF certificate of recognation mula sa PNVF and Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) president Tats Suzara sa press conference sa Novotel Manila Lunes.

Pinahayag ni Suzara ang boung suporta sa liga, na nagsimula sa Shakey’s V-League sa 2004 at naging pro league sa 2021.

Sa katunayan, ang PVL All- Filipino Conference champion ang kakatawan sa bansa sa AVC Champions League. Sasagutin lahat ng PVL ang travel at accomodation expenses para maka focus ang team sa kumpetisyon.

“The PVL is committed to fully supporting our representative club in the AVC Champions League. Thanks to the collaboration with (PVL president) Ricky Palou, all expenses, including travel and logistics for the AVC tournament, will be managed by PVL,” Wika ni Suzara.

Ang PVL-All Filipino Conference,na magsisimula sa Nobyembre 9,sa Philsports Arena sa Pasig City, ay tatagal ng anim na buwan para ihanay sa international Federation Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) calendar.

Maglalaro sa opening day ang Akari vs Galeries Tower 4 p.m. at Choco Mucho kontra Petro Gazz Angels 6:30 p.m.

Pagkatapos ng single round-robin preliminaries, teams ay e-ranked mula 1 to 12 ayon sa FIVB classification system.

Ang qualifying round ay pair teams base sa kanilang final rankings, patungo sa dynamic playoff structure kung saan ang best team lamang ang susulong.

Hinirang ng PNVF ang international referee Yul Benosa na maging chief officiating coordinator para sa PVL.International neutral referees ang mangangasiwa sa semifinals at finals.

Ang liga ay nag organisa rin ng technical workshop para sa referees,coaches, at players na itaas ang antas ng kaalaman at mapaganda ang game experience.

“This workshop is designed to empower all participants with a thorough understanding of the latest rules and techniques. We’re thrilled to have the support of the PNVF in bringing PVL to new heights,” tugon ni Palou.
