Ang naturang konseptong nasa Land Transportation Office (LTO) ay naglalayong ikober ang lahat ng serbisyong kinakailangan magmula sa license renewal ng motor vehicle at motorcycle registration renewal, Student Permits, Emission Testing, TPL Insurance at Driving School Lessons.
“This will not only decongest the densely populated lines in the usual LTO sites you see on a daily basis. A service that always dread, because it’s usually uncomfortable and takes at least half of your day to process anything goverment related, The aim of this shop is to fulfill these services in a clean, conducive and in time efficient manner,” proud na sambit ni actor-sportsman-public servant Gary Ejercito na isa sa umagapay na maitatag ang naturang one-stop-shop sa LTO Taytay na makakatulong sa mga malalapit na bayan sa lalawigan ng Rizal.
Nasa lokasyon din ng maluwag na MMF compound ang AlCOAN Driving School na napapanahon ngayong challenging times.
“With the newly implemented Student Permit Requirements. They offer on-line and theoretical dri-ving courses. Practical Driving Lessons are also available and is done onside the safety of the compound,” ani pa Ejercito.
Ipinagmamalaki dito ang pagkakaroon nila ng best intructor na aprubado ng LTO na si dating Pro Dirt Bike Racer at cham-pion, coach Sam Tamayo.
