Meralco: Walang putol ng kuryente hanggang Abril 15

IPINAGPALIBAN muna ng Meralco ang pamumutol ng kuryente kasunod ng pagpapatupad ng Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) sa NCR Plus Bubble.

Ayon kay Meralco Commercial Officer Ferdinand Geluz, nakikiisa ang Meralco sa laban ng pamahalaan kontra covid pandemic at nauunawaan ang hirap ng mga consumers kaya wala munang magaganap na putulan ng kuryente hanggang Abril 15.

“Cognizant of the plight of our customers amid these challenging times brought about by the pandemic and in support of the government sa effort to manage the transmission of Covid-19, we commit to put on hold all disconnection activities until April 15, 2021,” ani Geluz.

Patuloy naman ang business operations ng Meralco tulad ng meter reading at paghatid ng bills at naka-standby 24/7 ang mga Meralco crew para rumesponde sa anumang emergencies. (Jonah Mallari)
