NASAMSAM ng Manila International Container Port (MICP) sa pamamagitan ng Customs Intelligence at Investigation Service (CIIS) Chief CIIS MICP Alvin Enciso Chief, XIP MICP Aris Cascala and MICP District Director Romeo Allan Rosales ang may P10 million halaga ng Red Onions (pulang sibuyas) mula China na nakatago sa shipment ng Ice Cream. Nanatiling matatag ang paninindigan ng Bureau of Custom MICP na labanan ang smuggling ng mga unsafe food items sa ilalim ng direksyon ni BOC Commissioner Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero.
