MAG-UTOL SA KASO NG PHARMALLY PINAAARESTO NG SENADO!

IPINAAARESTO ng Senate blue ribbon committee ang dalawa pang opisyal ng Pharmally.

Partikular na pinaiisyuhan ng arrest warrant sina Mohit Dargani at Twinkle Dargani na kapwa mataas na opisyal ng nasabing kumpaniya, na naging ka-deal ng gobyerno sa bilyong halaga ng medical supply para sa frontliners.

Nag-ugat ito sa hindi umano inililitaw na mga dokumento ng magkapatid na Dargani nang hilingin ni Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon kahit may subpoena na ang Senate panel base na rin payo ng kanilang abogado.

“This is the basis of the process and I don’t want to say this but this could reveal a lot of things about expenses which cannot be supported. That is why we need the subsidiary ledgers, the invoices, the official receipts, the list of sales and the subsidiary ledgers for this purchases, the delivery receipts, sales invoice, all of these…” pahayag ni Drilon sa pagdinig.

“The company is not refusing to provide these documents. At the same time, these documents are legally accessed through different procedures under the law and we are just invoking our right. I am not refusing,” tugon ni Mohit na corporate secretary ng Pharmally.

“It was the advice to us by our legal counsel,” dugtong nito.

Habang si Twinkle naman ang presidente ng kumpanya.

Una na ring ikinulong sa Senado ang director ng Pharmally na si Linconn Ong.

Nagpasaklolo pa ito sa korte ngunit hindi pa rin nareresolba ang kaniyang petisyon. (Mylene Alfonso)
