P7.4m shabu nasabat sa Lapu-Lapu buy-bust

CEBU CITY – Kulong ang isang indibidwal nang masamsaman ng P7.4 million halaga ng shabu sa buy-bust operation sa Barangay Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City.
Kinilala ang nadakip na si Philip Abellar, 36 anyos, ng Barangay Pasil, Cebu City.
Nakuha sa suspek ang nasa 1,100 gramo ng shabu.
