Regine at Rozz pareho ng pinagdaanan sa buhay

MAY pagkakapareho ang pinagdaanan sa buhay nina Rozz Daniels at Regine Velasquez-Alcasid.

Noong hindi pa siya Asia’s Songbird, madalas ay sumasali si Regine sa mga amateur singing contest sa iba’t ibang lugar sa Bulacan (kung saan nakatira noon ang pamilya Velasquez) at karatig-lugar.

Kapag nananalo si Regine, bukod sa cash prize ay nakatatanggap siya ng mga paprepmyong tulad ng groceries at isang sakong bigas.

At dahil ang palaging kasama noon ni Regine sa pagdayo sa mga patimpalak ng kantahan ay ang ama niyang si Mang Gerry Velasquez, si Mang Gerry ang nagtitiyagang magbitbit ng sako ng bigas para maiuwi nila ni Regine sa kanilang tahanan para may pagkain sila..

Si Rozz naman noong araw, dahil mahusay kumanta ay dumadayo rin sa iba-ibang lugar para sumali sa mga singing competition.

Hindi man pinapalad na maging champion, pumupuwesto naman siya bilang 2nd o third placer.

At ang premyo niya ay pareho ng kay Regine; isang sakong bigas at mga grocery items tulad ng sardinas at condensed milk.

Ang kaibahan nga lamang, kung may tagabuhat si Regine ng sako ng bigas, si Rozz ay wala kaya siya mismo ang nagbibitbit ng sako ng bigas na kanyang napanalunan!

Nagbunga naman ang mga pagsisikap at pagtitiyaga ni Rozz; siya ngayon ang kinikilalang Most Promising Female Pop Rock Diva of the Year 2021.

Iginawad kay Rozz ang kayang award sa Overview Resto Bar sa Quezon Avenue nitong December 8 na dinaluhan ng kanyang mga kapamilya, kaibigan, tagahanga at media friends.

Ang award ni Rozz ay mula sa Phoenix Excellence Awards ni direk Ronald Abad.

Isa pang malaking pagbabago sa buhay ni Rozz; mula sa paglalakad ng halos dalawang oras para lamang makasali sa mga singing contest noon sa Dumaguete at Bohol, ngayon ay nakatira na si Rozz sa Wisconsin sa Amerika at umaawit ng libre sa mga charity event doon.

Naghahanda na si Rozz sa launch ng debut single niyang Alay Sa Iyo composed by music icon Ivy Violan at ang Bakit na collaboration naman nina Ivy at Rannie Raymundo para kay Rozz.

Regular na napapanood si Rozz sa KUMU sa The Rocks & Rozz show kasama sina Blessie Cirera (na singing editor ng Police Files Tonite), ang younger sister ni Rozz na si Analyn Torregosa (na napakahusay ring kumanta), ang Cute Oppa na si Jerome Sangalang, ang may mala-James Ingram na boses na si Derf Dwayne at ang opera singer na si Harold Evangelista.

Mga anak niya kung ituring ni Rozz ang mga kasama niyang talents sa The Rocks & Rozz Show.

Napapanood ang The Rocks & Rozz Show sa KUMU tuwing Sabado (Biyernes sa US), 10am.

Nakabakasyon sa Pilipinas si Rozz  ngayon at para na rin tanggapin ang trophy at certificate niya bilang Most Promising Female Pop Rock Diva Of The Year at babalik na siya sa US sa December 29 para makapiling muli ang kanyang mister at mga anak.

Kung magkakaroon ng malaking proyekto at matinding oportunidad sa music scene sa Pinas, willing si Rozz na i-give up ang buhay niya sa Amerika, lalo pa nga at todo naman ang suporta sa kanya ng kanyang mister na isang foreigner.
