Overseas voting sa Abril 10 kasado na – Comelec

ALL-SET na ang Commission on Elections (Comelec) sa pagsisimula ng overseas voting sa April 10 para sa halalan ngayong 2022.

“We are 100 percent prepared already. Everything is set. All the embassies or consulates are ready,” ayon kay Comelec Commissioner George Garcia sa isang online forum nitong Linggo.

“Two of our commissioners are abroad to observe the training of embassy officials and staff. It’s all systems,” pahayag pa nito.

Dagdag pa ni Garcia, 80% ng poll paraphernalia at mga suplay na gagamitin ang nai-deploy na rin sa mga embahada at konsulada ng Pilipinas.

“By tomorrow, I will ask for an update. And I am almost sure that it is already 100 percent deployed since voting starts next week,” ani Garcia.

Nabatid na aabot sa 1.6 million ang rehistradong overseas voters para sa 2022 elections.
