Senator Marcos pays last respects and condoles with the family of the assassinated Negros Oriental Gov. Roel Degamo on March 5, Sunday. She asked PBBM to declare state of emergency in the entire province to arrest the perpetrators even the mastermind and those who conspired in this heinous crime.
