15 gun permit ng ex-mayor sa Abra binawi ng PNP, nandaya ng pirma

BINAWI ng Philippine National Police-Firearms Explosive Office (PNP FEO) ang lahat ng lisensya at permit ng mga baril ng dating alkalde ng Langiden, Abra dahil sa misdeclaration at pagkakaroon ng iba’t ibang pirma sa lahat ng mga dokumento nito.

Kinilala ang opisyal na si Artemio Cirillo Donato Jr., residente ng Barangay Baac sa Langiden.
Maliban sa kanyang license to own and possess firearms (LTOPF) at firearms registration (FR), binawi rin ng FEO ang permit to carry firearms outside residence (PTCFOR) ni Donato.

Sa pahayag ng FEO nitong Lunes, Mayo 29, ang hakbang ay resulta ng patuloy na evaluation at audit ng mga ina-upload na dokumento para sa aplikasyon ng LTOPF at FR kungsaan lumabas na si Donato ay “misdeclared the true and correct qualifications, the type of license and other license/s he possesses.”

“Likewise, Mr. Donato bears different signatures on his other documents such as the Firearm Registration Form for the transfer of firearm, Firearm Registration Form for a newly purchased firearm, and the Deed of Sale of Firearm uploaded. This only showed that the application forms and Deed of Sale are void, and there are misrepresentations, misdeclarations/falsity committed, thus he has not completed the standards and requisites for issuance and obtaining an LTOPF to allow him to acquire firearms and ammunition,” saad pa sa kautusan.
