Sikat na Tiktoker at Vlogger may kasong Violation Against Women and Children Act, sumuko

Sumuko ang isang sikat na Tiktoker at Vlogger sa Butuan City Police Station 4 nitong Martes ng umaga.

Kinilala ang akusado na si Jessica Ann Mancao Magno, 35-anyos, residente ng Purok-3, Barangay Ampayon, Butuan City.

“Hindi ako hinuli, ako mismo ang sumuko sa pulis, at wala akong kasalanan”, ito ang pahayag na inilabas ni Magno.

Kinasuhan si Magnoo dahil sa pag-post sa Facebook account nito na may kaugnayan sa paglabag sa RA 9262 o Violation Against Women and Children Act.

Ayon sa section 3-C ng RA na ito, ang ibig sabihin ng “psychological violence” ay “refers to acts or omissions causing or likely to cause mental or emotional suffering of the victim such as but not limited to intimidation, harassment, stalking, damage to property, public ridicule or humiliation, repeated verbal abuse and mental infidelity.”

Sa pagpapatuloy, “It includes causing or allowing the victim to witness the physical, sexual or psychological abuse of a member of the family to which the victim belongs, or to witness pornography in any form or to witness abusive injury to pets or to unlawful or unwanted deprivation of the right to custody and/or visitation of common children.”

Sa facebook post ni Jam Magno, “I smiled because I am not guilty. I surrendered and posted my P72,000 bail and not asked for discount and the lawsuit will not move me, so calm down dust.”

Nagpasalamat si Magno sa Kapitan ng Barangay at pulis ng PS4, Barangay Ampayon, Butuan City para sa mabuting pakikitungo at pagtulong sa kanya sa mga dokumento para sa agarang piyansa.
