“Payouts of P2,000.00 or claim stubs for the said amounts were distributed to attendees urging them to vote for you and your husband Marcy Teodoro in the upcoming elections.”
Maan Teodoro:
“You were reportedly present delivering a speech and campaigning for yourself and your husband…”
Dagdag pa sa ulat:
“People passing by were asked if they were voters of Marikina City and, if in the affirmative, were directed to line up to claim money in the form of medical assistance.”
Mariing iginiit ng COMELEC:
“The foregoing acts constitute possible violation of vote buying and/or abuse of state resources…” alinsunod sa Section 261 ng Omnibus Election Code. ###
