ROXANNE GUINOO BACK TO LIMELIGHT

By Cha Francisco

SIMPLY interesting and gorgeous! That is just how ROXANNE GUINOO appeals to TV5 viewers in the fast-rising teleserye ‘ MOMMY GUARD’ with the popular JOLINA MAGDANGAL-MARVIN AGUSTIN loveteam and ROXANNE delineates the role of MEGAN, ex-wife of school principal PIO ARRIOLA, portrayed by MARVIN.

The project ‘MOMMY GUARD was launched only last October 19 and by October 22 , it has grabbed a space in the top slot of NETFLIX placing 2nd.

What more to cite that this is the first Filipino teleserye to stream in this viewing avenue. Watched as true entertainment and recreation TV program by Direk ROMAN PEREZ JR., it continuously captures audience on weekdays via TV5. Back to ROXANNE, it is self-explanatory as to why she decided to join Showbiz once more, after her option to leave then, embracing a family life of her own, tying knots with ELTON YAP a debonair bachelor then from a clan of combined business-minded people and entertainment personalities. Just to share, ELTON YAP is son of the well-respected business icon TONY YAP, owner of SHAW MALL, and mom ELIZABETH CRUZ PAPA, from the family circle of siblings RODJUN and RAYVER CRUZ, coming from the CRUZ clan of Showbiz, plus TIRSO, SHERYL, SUNSHINE, DONNA, and GENEVA along with the list. ELTON is cousin of TV Host TIM YAP. Mommy BETH is sister of TUTZ CRUZ PAPA, (an actor in the likes and contemporary of ALLEN DIZON,), cousin of SHERYL’s dad RICKY BELMONTE.

Modesty aside, ROXANNE, from the loveteam JOROX with JOROSS GAMBOA, chose settling down with ELTON over fame in showbiz, apparently being the right man, don’t you think so.?Just right, a Fil-Chinese businessman, he is now District 1 Councilor of Mandaluyong City, a well-regarded public servant with the popular ABALOS leaders who turned the former municipality into a high-end city, where TV 5, to cite, is now located along Sheridan, near Reliance Street, along with high, giant buildings.

Todate, ROXANNE and Councilor ELTON are already graced with three (3) children, two girls,1 boy. but well… look… ROXANNE GUINOO is a picturesque of such a fresh lady, an actress who must share her acting guts which is an asset apt to contribute in Showbusiness. She was in the peak of fame when she opted to choose a home where she is now in good hands

After all, her own family, as earlier mentioned comes from same celebrity circle., much more to add, the role or project she nodded to is worth it. Well, watch and follow ‘MOMMY GUARD’ via TV5 and/or NETFLIX to see for yourselves and be entertained as we are. HAPPY READING!
