Vhong, ipinalilipat ni Cornejo sa Taguig City Jail

HINILING ng modelong si Deniece Cornejo sa Korte na agarang ilipat ang TV host at aktor na si Vhong Navarro mula sa kustodiya ng National Bureau of Investigation patungo sa Taguig City Jail.

Ito ay dahil hindi umano nararapat ang aktor sa anumang special treatment.

“It is respectfully prayed that the instant Manifestation with Urgent Motion be resolved urgently, and that the Honorable Court issue and Order directing the proper officer of the National Bureau of Investigation Detention Center to immediately transfer the accused, from the National Bureau of Investigation Detention Center to Taguig City Jail,” bahagi ng petisyon na inihain ng kampo ni Cornejo sa Taguig City Regional Trial Court Branch 69.

Nahaharap sa dalawang kaso ng ‘rape’ at ‘acts of lasciviousness’ si Navarro sa dalawang korte sa Taguig.

Ang Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 69 ay nag-isyu sa kanya ng non-bailable warrant of arrest noong Setyembre 19 sa kasong rape, kasabay ng kanyang pagsuko ng araw ding iyon sa unang warrant of arrest with bail na inilabas naman ng Taguig Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 116.
