Ayon sa taunang CoA report: EX-PRES. DUTERTE LUMUSTAY NG P4.5-B ‘SECRET FUNDS’

GUMASTOS si dating Presidente Rodrigo Duterte ng kabuuang P4.5 billion sa confidential at intelligence funds noong 2021, ayon sa Annual Financial Report ng Commission on Audit.

Sa report, nakitang ang Office of the President sa ilalim ni Duterte ay gumastos ng P2.25 billion sa confidential expenses habang P2.25 billion sa intelligence expenses.

Ang report ay ginagawa kada taon ng commission bilang mandato sa Constitution at ng Government Auditing Code of the Philippines.

May kabuuang P9.02 billion ang ginastos ng national government sa confidential at intelligence expenses, kungsaan P3.995 billion para sa confidential expenses at P5.086 billion para sa intelligence expenses.

Ang confidential at intelligence expenses ng Department of National Defense ay nagkakahalaga ng P1.860 billion (P1.838 billion intelligence at P22.25 million confidential), habang Department of the Interior and Local Government ay may kabuuang P908.45 million (P848.45 million intelligence at P60 million confidential).

Ang Department of Transportation ay gumastos din ng P6.85 million sa confidential expenses at P10 million sa intelligence expenses.

Ang iba pang government agencies na may confidential expenses ay:
1. Department of Justice, P258.21 million
2. Department of Finance, P60.625 million
3. Department of Foreign Affairs, P31.74 million
4. Department of Social Welfare and Development, P20.038 million
5. Department of Environment and Natural Resources, P15 million
