ISANG mataas na opisyal ng Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army (CPP-NPA) ang hinatulan ng 23 taon pagkakakulong ng Taguig City Regional Trial Court Branch 266.
Kinilala ng Department of Justice ang hinatulan na si Tirso Alcantara, lider ng Southern Tagalog Party Committee.
Hinatulan si Alcantara ng ‘guilty beyond reasonable doubt’ sa illegal possession of explosives at illegal possession of firearms.
Pinagmulta rin si Alcantara ng P50,000 at P30,000 para sa mga naturang kaso.
