Si Alvin Enciso ng Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service (CIIS) ng Manila International Container Port kasama ang mga elemento ng National Bureau of Investigation – Special Action Unit (NBI-SAU) at Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) habang iniinspeksyon ang mga imported luxury sports vehicles at R33 sa isang car dealer showroom sa Xavierville, Quezon City. Isa pang kasabay na inspeksyon ang ginawa sa showroom nito sa San Simon, Pampanga. Ang imbestigasyon ay ginawa upang kumpirmahin ang ulat na walang mga kaukulang dokumento ang mga nasabing imported na sasakyan.
