MURDER SUSPECT, ARESTADO SA MPD-DPIOU

Arestado sa murder sa Manila Police District-District Police Intelligence and Operations Unit (DPIOU) ang isang murder suspect na ‘Top Regional Most Wanted’ sa pulisya.
Ayon kay DPIOU head PMaj. Kevin Rey Bautista, ang akusado ay kinilalang si J-Mark Martin Custodio, 33. Lalamove rider at residente ng Sampaloc, Maynila. Siya ay dinakip sa bisa ng warrant na inisyu para sa kaso niyang murder.
Ani Bautista, ang operaston ay isinagawa ng kanyang team sa Block 6, Lot 10, Purok 1, Brgy Silangan, San Mateo, Rizal, 3:55 p.m. noong March 25, 2026.
Kasunod ng pag-aresto, ang akusado ay dinala sa Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital (JASGH) para sa physical examination bago isinalin sa DPIOU para sa proper documentation.
Anang DPIOU, ang operation ay isinagawa sa gabay ni PLTol. Robert Sales, DID/D2-MPD.
Ang warrant ay inisyu ni Judge Harry Boy Ariola Salvador ng Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 185 kaugnay ng kaso ng akusado na docketed under Criminal Case No. R-MNl-25-06767-CR. Walang piyansang itinakda para sa pansamantala nitong kalayaan.
“The arrested accused was duly informed about the nature of the case being imputed against him and was apprised of his Constitutional rights under R.A. 7438, in a language known to and understood by him, but he opted to remain silent. Likewise, in compliance with Supreme Court A.M. 21-06-08-SC, an Alternative Recording Device (SAMSUNG A53) was used during the implementation of the warrant of arrest,” ani Bautista.
Idinetine ang akusado sa Manila Police District Custodial Facility Jail Section bago ang pagbabalik ng arrest warrant sa court of origin at habang hinihintay ang paglabas ng commitment order mula sa korte. (JERRY S. TAN)
