Imbestigasyon ng PNP-IAS kay Nuezca mareresolba ngayong linggo

SINABI ni Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief, General Debold Sinas, na nakatakdang resolbahin ng Internal Affairs Service ngayong linggo ang administratibong kaso ni Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca.
“‘Yung case po niya ay hini-hear na po ng IAS and the IAS, to handle the case niya, promised to finish the case at the end of this week. So we’ll have the resolution and kuwan by Monday,” saad ni Sinas sa press briefing.
Ang desisyon aniya ay nakadepende kay National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) acting director Police Brigadier General Vicente Danao kung susundin ang rekomendasyon ng IAS patungkol kay Nuezca.
“Si RD NCRPO na po ang magbigay ng final decision if he will abide with the recommendation of IAS. Ganoon po ang sistema na gagawin namin para mapabilis po, para ma-achieve ‘yung less than 30 days na pre-charge at summary hearing,” paliwanag pa ni Sinas. (Gaynor Bonilla)
