Kulong ang 32-anyos na lalaking nakatala bilang No. 1 Regional Top Most Wanted at.No. 1 District Top Most Wanted, sa Barangay 171, Caloocan City, nitong Lunes .
Sa ulat, naaresto ang suspek sa isinagawang manhunt operation ng Northern Police District’s Special Operations Unit (DSOU), kasama ang Warrant and Subpoena Section ng Caloocan CPS sa pamumuno.ni Caloocan Police Chief PCol. Joey Goforth at ng Northern District Intelligence Team – Regional Intelligence Unit (NDIT-RIU NCR).
Nahaharap ang akusado sa kasong Qualified Rape of a Minor (3 counts), Acts of Lasciviousness (4 counts), at Sexual Assault under Article 266-A(2) in relation to RA 7610.
Nasa kustodiya na ng Northern Police District – Custodial Facility Unit (NPD-CFU) ang akusado habang hinihintay ang court order sa paglipat nito sa City Jail. (Beth Samson)
