From the very beginning, it was evident that the driver, alias Totoy, was fabricating stories against Michelle Dee—the famous beauty queen and client of Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque. He even filed various fabricated cases such as sligh illegal detention, unlawful arrest and physical injuries against Dee, Rhian Ramos, and other beauty queen Samantha Panlilio. The three denied the allegations.

Now here’s the latest news, ibinasura na ng The Office of the City Prosecutor of Makati nitong Sept 14, ang kaso ni Totoy laban kina Dee, Ramos, at Panlilio.

Here’s the statement of Dee’s legal council Atty. Maggie, for the case dismissal filed by Totoy.

“We are very happy with the resolution. At the onset, it is our vehement submission that this complaint against our clients are bereft of merit. In the end, justice and truth prevail.” We heard, na nagre-reklamo raw itong si Totoy sa pagbasura sa kanyang isinampang kaso. Well, may maniniwala pa kaya sa taong ito? Congratulations, Atty. Maggie. Record holder ka talaga pagdating sa maraming naipanalo mong kaso.

Maliban sa mahusay na performer at malakas ang karisma ay certified crowd drawer talaga ang alaga naming si Rozz Daniels. Namigay rin si Rozz ng kanyang personalized T-shirts at posters kung saan pinagkakaguluhan ang paghahagis niya ng t-shirt. Also sa kanyang autograph o poster signing ay marami ang pumipila para makapagpapirma at picture taking kay Rozz. Ilan sa mga nakasama ni Rozz, na nag-perform sa Farmers Plaza, ay ang mga pamanking sina Richael Torregosa(mahusay na pianist), Abby Torregosa-Larena(Electric Guitarist), siblings na sina Analyn at Kharen Torregosa, at ang mga cute na Dynasty Dancers. Nag-perform rin si DJ Alvin, at ang TALA Group na mga alaga. At thankful si Rozz Daniels, sa very supportive na american husband na si Sir David Daniels at masisipag at maaagap nilang mga staff sa R&D Entertainment Production sa pangunguna ni Jaesoun Saito.

By the way, ngayong September 20(Sunday) from 3:00 PM onwards ay mapapanood naman si Rozz, ng kanyang fans sa Activity Center ng Victory Plaza sa Monumento Caloocan.
