Ito ang North Cebu Economic Zone – isang pamayanang pauunlarin bilang balwarteng pang- industriyal – ang NCEZ ay isang pananaw sa hinaharap ngayon.

Ang bayan ng Medellin sa Cebu ay istratehikong nakaukit sa puso ng Pilipinas mula Maynila, Cebu, Davao at pandaigdigang paliparan upang maging sentrong destination sa Visayas Region.

Ang payak na bayang ito ay nakatakdang maging isang vital hub na kokonekta sa mga isla at magdaragdag ng ‘significant economic development di lamang sa mga Cebuano kundi sa mismong sambayanan na rin.

Man made features include vital infrastructures, decent service providers and ample access road.

Socio economic fronts of Medellin include a local demographic suitable for work ,the populace from nearby municipalities connecting to major ports and connections to various economic zones,local and abroad.

With these,the NCEZ is poised to have minimal ecological impact and reduce resilience and non – renewable resources,employs smart technology,the project and to integrate residential ,industrial ,business and leisure component into a single cohesive development.

Ang proyekto ay inisyal na iimplementa sa 84 ektarya na malawak na lupain hanggang sa lumawig ito sa 1,000 hecs.abot hanggang kanugnog na bayan.

Ang dambuhalang proyekto ay inaprubahan ng Philippine Economic Zone authority( PEZA)na pinamumunuan ni Director General Tereso Panga. Nagpatibay ito ng kahalagahan sa ekonomiyang pambansa

The development rise was also entrusted to Raedang International Builders and Developers Corporation led by the visionary CEO Mr.Rafael Agcaoili whose reputation for integrity and various businesses in the Philippines coupled by his humanitarian efforts recognized by the United Nations augment the credibility of the NCEZ project.

Initial budgetary support from the national government amounting to 27.17 billion undersores the project significant and potential impact to Philippine economy.

Ang NCEZ ay sinasaklaw ang mga proyektong Industrial Park,International Airport at Seaport.

Nakatakda ang groundbreaking ng makasaysayang proyekto sa Nobyembre 2023 at makukumpleto ito sa loob ng anim na taon.

Isang state of the art Multi-Purpose SPORTS Center ang itatayo sa loob ng NCEZ Medellin..madali na at ABANGAN!
