200 QCitizens, pasado sa QCADAAC program; BJMP, Ayala Corp, nagkasundo sa Saludo sa Serbisyo

Sa patuloy na pagpapatupad sa programa ng Quezon City Anti-Drug Abuse Advisory Council (QCADAAC) my 200 QCitizens
ang nakapagtapos ng intervention program sa Quezon City.

Naging matagumpay ang programa kung saan Ito ay naisakatuparan sa ilalim ng Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP) ng QCADAAC.

Siyempre, ang matagumpay na programa lalo na ang pagtatapos ng 200 katao ay ikinatuwa ni Quezon City Vice Mayor Gian Sotto bilang Co-Chairman ng QCADAAC.

Kaugnay nito, binigyang diin naman ng Bise Alkalde ang kahalagahan ng Community- Based Drug Rehabilitation Program para sa tuloy-tuloy nang pagbabago at pagkakaroon ng bagong simula na mailayo sa pinagbabawal na gamot.

Niliaw naman ng opisyal na bagamat nagtapos na sa programa ang nasabing bilang, kinakailangan pa rin nilang dumaan sa “QC CARES After Care Program” ng lungsod na tumutugon sa pangangailangang medical, economic at psychosocial.

At heto pa ang masasabing magandang ipinangako ng Bise Alkalde – tiniyak niyang magpapatuloy ang QCADAAC sa pagbibigay ng mga programa sa drug prevention, treatment at recovery hanggang makamit ang maunlad at mapayapang lipunan sa lungsod.

Samantala, bigyan halaga naman natin ang pahayag ng BJMP kaugnay sa pinagkasunduan nila ng Ayala Corporation sa Saludo sa Serbisyo Program.

The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) and Ayala Corporation entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Ayala Corporation Headquarters in Makati City, marking the launch of the “Saludo sa Serbisyo” program within the Jail Bureau.

The “Saludo sa Serbisyo” of the Ayala Corporation is a cohesive, needs-based program that offers uniformed public servants with specific opportunities, benefits and exclusive access to special rates on products within the Ayala ecosystem. The main components of the program are: Financial Education, Employment Opportunities, Health & Wellness, and access to Home and Vehicle ownership.

In his message, BJMP chief Jail Director Ruel Rivera expressed his gratitude to Ayala Corporation for implementing this meaningful program for jail officers and their dependents.

“Ang lahat po ng nakapaloob sa programang ito na oportunidad, tulong, at benepisyo ay napaka-laki na pong bagay, hindi lamang po sa bawat isa sa aming mga kawani, kundi maging sa kani-kanilang mga pamilya,” the BJMP chief stated.

Jail Director Rivera emphasized that Ayala Corporation’s gesture is highly significant to the Jail Bureau with 24,776 active personnel nationwide.

“More than the package of opportunities, assistance, and benefits in store for us and our dependents under the program, we are more profoundly inspired and deeply moved by your heart for public servants,” he added.

Present during the signing of MOU are Secretary of the Interior and Local Government (SILG) Atty. Benjamin Abalos, Ayala Corporation Board Director Fernando Zobel de Ayala, and other key officials both from the BJMP and Ayala Corporation.
