“This mandate is issued in accordance with the Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations (PCAR) and applies to all organizations, personnel, and individuals involved in reporting safety-related events to CAAP, whether mandatory or voluntary. It covers all certificated and approved aviation entities, licensed aviation professionals, and any individual with direct knowledge of aviation safety occurrences,” pahayag pa ni Apolonio.

“While this effort encourages transparency and information sharing, CAAP remains committed to safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of submitted data, in full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173),” dagdag pa niya. (Jerry Tan)
