First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos recently joined First Lady of the United States Melania Trump and other First Spouses during the “Fostering the Future Together” luncheon on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York City.
Fostering the Future Together is an international global coalition launched by U.S. First Lady Melania Trump dedicated to empowering children worldwide through enhanced access to educational technology, artificial intelligence (AI) integration, digital literacy, and online safety.
First announced during the 80th United Nations General Assembly on September 23, 2025, the initiative operates as an action-oriented diplomatic alliance supported by the U.S. Department of State and the White House.
Last September 22, 2026, members reconvened at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City during the 81st UNGA, announcing the expansion to 57 nations and the influx of tech alliances.
