HALOS 60K NA NAGHAHANAP NG TRABAHO ANG LUMAHOK SA ONLINE JOB FAIR NG CSC

UMABOT sa kabuuang 59,740 aplikante ang nakibahagi sa Government Online Career Fair (GOCF) ngayong taon na ginanap mula 18 hanggang 22 noong Setyembre 2023.

Ang GOCF, na inorganisa ng Civil Service Commission (CSC) sa pakikipagtulungan ng JobStreet.com, ay nilikha upang magbigay ng virtual na plataporma para sa mga kwalipikadong naghahanap ng trabaho upang magkaroon ng oportunidad sa gobyerno.

“We wanted to invite more people to be part of the 1.9 million strong civil service as we celebrate the 123rd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA). The GOCF provided a convenient and accessible avenue for government agencies and interested applicants to interact, share details regarding job openings and requirements, and potentially apply at the comfort of their homes,” ani CSC Chairperson Karlo Nograles.

Ayon kay CSC Examination, Recruitment, and Placement Office Director IV Prisco S. Rivera Jr., 83 ahensya ng gobyerno ang lumahok sa nasabing limang araw na event, na nag-aalok ng mga posisyon sa mga fresh graduates, first-time jobseekers, at iba pang aplikante na naghahangad na sumali sa civil service.

Ang Department of Transportation – Railways Sector, Small Business Corporation, Insurance Commission, Western Philippines University, at Department of Budget and Management – Procurement Service ay kabilang sa mga ahensyang may pinakamataas na bilang ng mga bakanteng trabaho.

Ang mga pangunahing tungkulin na magagamit sa linggo ng GOCF ay sumasaklaw sa mga posisyon tulad ng Project Development Officer, Administrative Officer, Civil Engineer, Administrative Assistant, at Guidance Counselor.

Pinasalamatan naman ni Chairperson Nograles ang JobStreet.com sa kanilang tulong sa PCSA.

“Their continued support to the GOCF allows us to provide an encouraging environment for those who want a career in the civil service. The third week of PCSA highlighted the true value of malasakit by opening possibilities for all sectors in just one click, including persons with disabilities, members of indigenous communities, and those identifying with diverse sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions,” ani Nograles.
