Modus ng Davao Death Squad idinetalye ng prosekusyon ng ICC

BASE sa testimonya ng mga testigo, idinetalye ni Trial Lawyer Robynne Croft ang modus operandi ng mga ‘hit squad’ni dating Pangulo Rodrigo Duterte sa pagpapatupad ng “war on drugs” na kumitil ng buhay ng libu-libong personalidad simula sa kanyang panunungkulan bilang alkalde ng Davao City hanggang maluklok bilang presidente ng Pilipinas.

“The victims were targeted on the basis that they were alleged to be drvg users, pushers or other criminals,” pahayag ni Croft sa kanyang pagharap sa confirmation of charges sa kaso ni Digong sa International Criminal Court (ICC) sa The Hague, Netherlands.

“And the DDS would get a sum of reward money for each kill,” sabi ni Croft base sa pahayag ng mga testigo.

Inilarawan niya ang operasyon ng DDS bilang “systematic, highly-organized, planned and coordinated.”
