PH sports sa 2023 matagumpay

IPINAHAYAG ni Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) President Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino ang kanyang kasiyahan sa mahusay na pagtatanghal ng bansa sa international stage sa 2023.

“From a scale of 1 to 10, I give Filipino athletes a high mark of 8.5 to 9 for 2023,” Wika ni Tolentino sa RP2 Sports Radio’s Headline Sports host Judith Caringal sa live interview Miyerkules ng gabi.

“Yes, I’m very much contented—after breaking those records and bringing back the glory—all of those accomplishments were hard-earned, both by the athlete and their coaches and the stakeholders,” Dagdag ng Mayor of Tagaytay City.

“But all these gold medals, these achievements belong to all of us, all Filipinos, all of those who prayed hard,” anya. “It was all about the athletes’ and Team Philippines’ dedication, motivation and inspiration.”

Obiena, Tokyo Olympics bronze medalist boxer Eumir Felix Marcial, gymnast Carlos Yulo at Aleah Finnegan ay qualified para sa Paris at kumpiyansa ang Pilipinas na makakuha pa ng maraming slots via Universality sa athletic at aquatics.

“It will be very good if we again have 19 Olympians, but if we don’t have those numbers, the focus will be on the podium. Hopefully, we haul more in Paris,” Sambit ni Tolentino.

Ang Pilipnas ay magdiriwang ng centennial participation sa Olympics,umaasa si Tolentino na malagpasan ni Hidilyn Diaz weightlifting gold medal,Nesty Petecio at Carlo Paalam boxing silver at Marcial’s Bronze sa Tokyo Olympics Games.

“We’re not the only country preparing for Paris, everybody else is preparing hard for the Olympics. We need all the support—moral, financial, among others,” Dagdag nya.

Ang iba pang larangan na tinalakay ni Tolentino sa interview ay ang disisyon ng International Olympic Committee na payagan ang boxing icon Manny Pacquiao na sumabak sa Paris sa Marso, Konstraksyon ng countrys first indoor International Cycling Union-certified velodrome sa Tagaytay City,POC Golf Cup Legislator Edition sa Marso 13,at pagpapatibay sa POC amended charter.
