Yordenis Ugas, pinuri si Pacquiao pagkatapos ng laban vs Barrios

Yordenis Ugas ang ilan sa mga boxers na pomuri sa eight-division champion at Hall of Famer Manny Pacquiao matapos ang laban kay Mario Barrios para sa WBC welterweight belt.

Gayunpaman, ang laban ay natapos sa majority draw decision, at napanateli ni Barrios ang kanyang titulo.

“I’d heard all along that the Pacquiao who fought me was finished, dead, nothing,”Paskil ni Ugas sa X.

“How is it possible that four years later he comes against a kid 16 years younger and puts up another good fight?”

Ugas ang huling boxer na nakalaban ni Pacquiao bago magretiro noong 2021.

Nakaharap din ng Cuban boxer si Barrios noong 2023 para sa WBC welterweight title.

“It was a very close fight. But Pac-Man is incredible. Without a doubt, one of the best fighters in history.”

Pinuri rin ng dating WBO junior lightweight holder Jamel Herring ang performance ni Pacquiao.

“Respect to the legend though. 4 years out [of] the ring, comes back competing at a championship level,” Wika niya sa X.

Samantala, inakala ng dating IBO lightweight holder George Kambosos, Jr., ay si Pacquiao ang panalo sa laban.

“I thought he won it!!!! Either way at 46, you’re an absolute legend. An inspiration. And an amazing human being,” sulat niya sa X.
