THE Batangas Forum and the Kapatirang Mabini Foundation jointly conferred the Dangal ng Batangan Award on the Batangueño topnotchers of Talang Dangal PMA Class 2026 held at the Mabini Shrine in Tanauan City, Batangas. In the photo are former Tanauan Mayor Paquito Lirio, General Edgar Arevalo, 2Lt. Catherine de Chavez PA (Top 8), 2Lt.
