Cavite Rep. Boying Remulla bagong DOJ Chief sa BBM admin

KINUMPIRMA ni Cavite Rep. Jesus Crispin ‘Boying’ Remulla na tinanggap niya ang alok ni presumptive President Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. na maging kalihim ng Department of Justice (DOJ).
Ayon kay Remulla, maraming problema sa justice system ng bansa ang dapat nilang ayusin ni BBM.
“I didn’t apply for the job. Pero ang talagang gusto niyang mangyari, sabi niya nga, ‘We cannot afford to fail. We have to do a good job.’ He has no other intention but to do the best job possible for the people. ‘Yan ang sinasabi namin talaga na very rare chance given by the people to serve so the opportunity is there to do it and do it the best way possible,” ani Remulla.
Si Remulla ay muling nanalo bilang kongresista at dahil sa pagtanggap niya ng posisyon bilang DOJ Chief ay kailangan umanong magdaos ng special election o mag-appoint ng caretaker para sa kanilang distrito.
Magugunitang kinumpirma ng kampo ni BBM ang pagpili kay dating MMDA Chairman Benhur Abalos bilang kalihim ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).
