Early retirement ni EID Dir. James Jimenez, aprubado ng COMELEC

Aprubado na ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) ang early retirement na ini-avail ni Education and Information Department (EID) Director James Jimenez.

Ayon kay Comelec Chairman George Garcia, Agosto 2, 2022 nang mag-aplay si Jimenez sa Comelec Personnel Department ng optional retirement.

Inaprubahan ng Commission En Banc ang hiling ni Jimenez na magretiro na sa serbisyo, sa idinaos nilang Regular Meeting noong Agosto 31, 2022.

Magiging epektibo ang retirement nito sa Setyembre 15, 2022.

“This effectively grants Dir. Jimenez’ intent to avail of the optional retirement as Director IV of the Education and Information Department effective September 15, 2022, as allowed under Civil Service Rules,” ayon kay Garcia.

Pinasalamatan rin ni Garcia si Jimenez dahil sa serbisyong ipinagkaloob niya sa bayan, sa pamamagitan ng komisyon.

“The whole Comelec family expresses its gratitude and appreciation to Dir. Jimenez for his long exemplary service to the Nation through the Commission. We wish him all the best as he embarks on this new chapter in his life,” sabi ng poll chief.

“We shall now start the vetting process even in an acting capacity,” ayon pa dito. (ANDI GARCIA)
