Aniya sa programa ng FTWBA, “It actually hurts me that he’s making up those lies about me… Why is he trying to say things to make people turn against me?”
I was just stating facts.”
I think people are accusing Tito Ogie of taking 40 percent from me.
“I started with him at 12 [years old] and then up until I was… I believe 2015 or 2016, which was I was 17, 30 percent po yung commission niya sa akin.
“My Tita Jonie was taking 20 percent, and Star Magic was taking 10 percent.”
“My Tita Jonie started feeling bad for me for that situation, so nag-usap po sila ni Tito Ogie na bawasan na lang yung commissions nila from me.
“Because they felt, like, I deserved more since I was putting in a lot of work.
“And Star Magic was still at 10 percent.”
“Nabasa ko rin na in the last two years, correct me if I’m wrong, na hindi na kumukolekta ng komisyon si Tito Ogie mo. Is that right? Is that wrong?”
Umiling ang aktres at mahinang sinabi, “It’s not right. That’s incorrect.”
“It actually hurts me that he’s making up those lies about me…
“I feel like he’s trying to make it seem like I wasn’t profitable in the past two years that we were working together when he knows the truth.
“He knows my pains. He knows the things that I felt were… the things that were mishandled and stuff like that.
“It’s kinda unfair… I feel like he’s trying to tarnish my name. And he knows.”
Aniya pa, “I don’t wanna bring this up but he still gets commissions from some of the endorsements of mine that still fell under the time that I was under the contract with him, even though he has no more obligations.
“We told him that he has no more obligations towards me in those endorsements.
“Literally last month we gave him a paycheck for the endorsement that was renewed before our contract ended.
“Kahit na wala na po siyang ginagawa for that, we gave him commission. Because that was right. I wouldn’t breach my contract.”
Sundot na tanong pa ni Boy, “So, that was the last time you paid commission to your Tito Ogie?”
“He’s going to get another one this week,” sambit niya.

Ayon sa ABS-CBN, it has been talking to real estate companies, including fellow Lopez-led Rockwell Land, even before the pandemic to redevelop its headquarters in Quezon City.
Sinabi na ng Network sa Philippine Stock Exchange last March 13 na nagkaroon na raw sila ng discussion sa real estate developers “even prior to the start of the pandemic” para sa redevelopment ng 3.4-hectare property na nasa Mother Ignacia Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City kung saan naroroon ang news at entertainment studios.
Hindi na nag elaboarte ang ABS-CBN kung saan nila ire-relocate ang studios that would be affected by the redevelopment.
May iba pa naman daw buildings sa compound, including the Eugenio Lopez Jr. or ELJ Center, which is leased to its other subsidiaries and other companies.
The Kapamilya network, however, noted that “no deal has been agreed upon at this time.”
Maging ang fellow Lopez-owned company Rockwell Land ay nag-release na ng similar statement and confirmed parts of the report of online news outfit Bilyonaryo.
“Rockwell Land continuously searches for properties to develop in the usual course of its business. Rockwell Land has been studying the possibility of redeveloping the ABS-CBN property even prior to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic,” ayon sa property developer.
