PIMENTEL, PINURI SI REP. JOEL CHUA SA NAGING PAPEL SA IMPEACHMENT

PINURI ni dating Senator Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III si Manila 3rd District Representative Joel Chua sa ginawa nitong presentation of evidence at briefings sa impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa Senate court.

“Napaka-organisado at napaka-handa ang kanyang presentation sa mga witnesses so congrats po kay Congressman Joel Chua,” ani Pimentel sa isang television interview.

Matatandaang pormal na inilatag ni Chua ang presentation of evidence at key witnesses kaugnay ng Article I ng apat na Articles of Impeachment, na nauukol sa alokasyon ng confidential funds.

Si Chua ay House Prosecutor, key spokesperson ng House prosecution team at Chairman of the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability,

Siya ang nag-manage ng may 13 targeted witnesses at niya, “if current documentary evidence and testimonies prove solid enough to expedite the trial, the team may trim the lineup.”

Ang nasabing Article of impeachment na hawak niya ay may kaugnayan sa diumano ay maling paggamit ng P612.5 million worth of confidential funds; kwestiyonableng declarations sa filing ng statements of assets, liabilities and net worth; di maipaliwanag na yana at diumano ay pag-isyu ng banta sa buhay nina Pangulong Marcos, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos at dating House Speaker Leyte 1st district Rep.
