Faye Tangonan gaganap na OFW, single mother, at battered wife sa pelikulang “Titulada”

NAGBABALIK sa pag-arte ang beauty queen-turned actress na si Faye Tangonan. Ito ay sa pamamagitan ng advocacy film na “Titulada.” Ang tinaguriang Award Guru na si Richard Hinola ang executive producer ng pelikula at sa kanya rin galing ang concept ng Titulada.

Ano ang maikukuwento niya hinggil sa kanilang pelikulang ito?

Pahayag ni Ms. Faye, “Our upcoming movie is an advocacy film called “Titulada,” there’s about eight main characters dito. So basically, all of us are beauty queens in real life. The actresses are Yvonne Lexie Valencerina, Dr. Casey Magne Dumlao, Angela Villanueva, Scarlet Chua, Atty. Claire May Tamondong, Charina Carmen, Jenny Ortega and Dr. Faye Tangonan.”

Dagdag pa niya, “Mr. Kent Martin Dy from GMA 7 is our film director and our director is planning to show the movie at theaters too.”

Bukod sa pagiging aktres, si Ms. Faye ay isang humanitarian advocate, businesswoman, at multi-awarded international beauty queen.

Si Ms. Faye ay unang ipinakilala noong early 2020 sa suspense-drama movie na “Bakit Nasa Huli Ang Simula,” opposite Bidaman finalist Ron Macapagal sa isang May-December affair.

 

Siya ay naging Best Supporting Actress sa Oniros Film Awards sa Italy noong 2020 para sa pelikulang “Tutop.”

 

Ano ang role niya sa movie? “I actually played an OFW, a single mother and a battered wife. There’s gonna be a lot of drama sa movie na ito.”

 

Aminado rin si Ms. Faye na posibleng manibago siya sa muling pagharap sa camera para umarte.

Aniya, “Definitely, ‘coz it’s been years since I last shoot a movie. Our director is actually giving us a two day acting workshop. That’s gonna be a great preparation for us.

“Ang last movie ko, that was three years ago, I think. It was a horror movie, it’s called Tutop. I actually won three International Best Supporting awards for that movie.”

 

Sa hinaharap, ano pa ang role na wish niyang gampanan?

 

Nag-isip muna siya bago sumagot, “Hmmm, I think I’ll go for a rebellious mom character. It seems like an interesting, yet intriguing role.”

Game ba siya kung may sexy scene siya sa movie? Okay lang ba ito sa partner niyang si Lester Paul Recirdo?

“Uhmm, that’s a very interesting question. I’m actually okay with whatever role they’ll give me. I know It’s going to be awkward, but those are the pros and cons of being an actress — you have to play the role they give you,” nakangiting sambit pa ni Ms. Faye.
