Many thanks to Maria Liza F. Lorenzo for inviting me to the 3rd Dangal ng Lahing Filipino Awards 2025, which will be held on November 23 at Lancaster Hotel in Mandaluyong City.

The last time I saw her was during the 2024 FAMAS Awards.

Little did I know I will be a Lifetime Achievement Award recipient in the field of freelance journalism in the Philippines.

I am humbled by the comments of Dangal ng Lahing Filipino Awards 2025 in its page: “Honoring a Leader with a Heart to Serve! We are awarding ROGELIO CONSTANTINO MEDINA as LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD FOR MOST OUTSTANDING FREELANCE JOURNALIST OF THE YEAR. His FREELANCE JOURNALISM WORK goes beyond titles; he serves with compassion, integrity, and genuine concern for others. Through his dedication, he has touched countless lives and inspired many to lead with kindness and purpose.
