SINIBAK ang dalawang traffic enforcers ng Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB) nang makunan ng video at kumalat sa social media ang aktong pangongotong ng mga ito sa mga motorista sa Binondo, Maynila.
Kinilala ang mga sinibak na sina Ruben Delbo Jr., at Edgardo Ladonga.
Sa inilabas na memorandum ni MTPB Director Dennis Viaje, ‘termination of service’ ang ibinigay na parusa sa naturang traffic enforcers.
“In the interest of the service, your service as Job Order (Traffic Enfrocer) in this office is hereby terminated, for committing irregularities in the performance of your duty,” ayon sa nasabing memo.
“In this regard, you are directed to relinquish the ID and uniform issued to you to Mr. Wilson R. Chan Sr., Chief of Operations, this office. This shall take effect immediately,” saad sa memorandum ni Viaje.
Ayon sa MTPB, naganap ang insidente sa kanto ng Sto. Cristo Street at Lavesares Street sa Binondo. (Jocelyn Domenden)
