MAY faney na nakabili ng ticket sa concert ni Regine Velasquez na may kasamang oportunidad na ‘meet and greet’ sa Asia’s Songbird.

May sumulat din kay Regine na nagngangalang Sette hinggil sa kanyang karanasan sa minsang panonood ng show ng actress-singer.

Aniya: “Hi Ate Reg, it’s me po, the one who raised the concern to MWell. I don’t want to post this message to you, but this is my only way to share my side. I want to apologize because I didn’t mean for my email to MWell to turn out this way or cause this kind of outcome. My concern was raised privately, and sana po naayos na lang din in private. I never posted about it because my intention was never to embarrass or attack anyone.
I also personally messaged Ate Dianne because I felt she was upset with me. At one point, I even asked her if she had a problem with me, because she kept rolling her eyes at me, even back in the Singapore meet & greet po. I also mentioned the other girl in my email, but sa sobrang bilis ng pangyayari, I don’t know po talaga kung sino sa kanila, and I explained this to Ate Dianne as well.
l only wanted to share what I experienced as a fan and customer. I worked hard for the money Il used to purchase the package, and I was really expecting the “Meet & Greet” as stated. But when it became just a group photo op, it felt like we didn’t get the full experience we invested in. That was where my disappointment came from.
I completely understand that you were tired, and I respect that so much. Honestly, even if l explain my side, I know I will lose in this. This is not about questioning your effort or your kindness to fans. This is about what I felt happened from my side. I hope you understand that my heart is still full of admiration for you, and after this, I will still always be your fan.”

Sa kanyang X social media account, sinagot naman ni Regine ang isyung inilatag sa kanya ng isa sa kanyang faney.

Tweet ni Songbird: “Hello everyone, may nagreklamo lang she was pushed daw during meet and greet. Ok first of all I want to say I am grateful and thankful tuwing nanonood kayo. I am also aware that you want every single meeting to be meaningful. Unfortunately hindi ganon lagi kasi wala tayong oras. Hindi rin ako robot na hindi marunong mapagod. I also want to correct her that my sister Diane didn’t push you or said kayo ba magbabayad sa venue it was the other girl who actually said that. I know kasi halos sa tenga ko sinabi yun.Madaming tao dun. And they keep reminding everyone na kung pwede isang pic na lang at madaling araw na. But you insisted to have a selfie also my sisters hand was in my shoulder that she removed so you can do a selfie. By the way I have the video that you were not pushed by my sister. My sisters and rest of the people there was just trying to make sure we’re safe. I was performing on stage since 8pm both Vice and I were so tired but sobra kaming thankful for you guys kaya kahit hindi na kami makatayo andun parin kami at nag papa picture. Hindi naman ako galit but Im disappointed. Anyway…….”

“They paid for this meet and greet as part of the very expensive tickets. It’s part of what you sold to them, and whether you and Vice were already tired and it was already past midnight, it is your responsibility to do that. Next time, don’t include it in the tickets anymore.????”
