Voter registration sa NCR Plus open na uli

ITUTULOY na muli ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) ang pagdaraos ng voter registration sa NCR Plus areas simula sa Lunes, Mayo 17.
Ito’y matapos na isailalim na muli ang naturang mga lugar sa General Community Quarantine (GCQ) simula ngayong Sabado, Mayo 15.
Sa kauna-unahang media conference para sa 2022 national and local elections, inianunsiyo rin ng Comelec na ang registration ay bukas mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes, mula 8:00AM hanggang 5:00PM.
“Just recently the President announced that the NCR and the provinces of Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite and Laguna, which were under MECQ, have been categorized to GCQ,” ayon kay Comelec executive director Bartolome Sinocruz Jr..
“With that beginning Monday, Comelec will be resuming registrations in these areas from Mondays to Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.,” sabi pa ni Sinocruz.
Una nang sinuspinde ng Comelec ang voter registration sa NCR Plus areas, matapos magpatupad ang pamahalaan ng enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) at malaunan ay modified ECQ dahil sa surge ng COVID-19 cases.
