FIXER NA KAWANI NG LTO TIMBOG!

ARESTADO ang releasing officer ng Land Transporation Office (LTO) sa Novaliches sa operasyon ng Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) at Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) nang mag-alok ng fixing services sa mga kumukuha ng student permit.

Agad itong inaresto nang tumanggap ng P4,000-marked money mula sa ahente ng ARTA sa entrapment operation nitong Martes.

Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng CIDG sa Quezon City District Field Unit ang releasing officer sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act No. 11032, Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.

Nanawagan naman si ARTA Director General Secretary Jeremiah Belgica sa susunod na administrasyon na ipagpatuloy ang nasimulan ng ARTA at paigtingin pa ang entrapment operation kontra sa fixers na umaabuso sa publiko.

Nauna rito, nasa 50 fixers sa labas ng ahensya ng LTO sa Metro Manila ang nahuli sa inisyatiba ng ARTA.
