MID-YEAR BONUS NG GOV’T EMPLOYEES APRUB NA!

KINUMPIRMA ni Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman na makukuha na ng mga government personnel ang kanilang mid-year bonus simula ngayong Lunes, Mayo 15,2023.

“I am happy to announce that our civil servants will be receiving their mid-year bonus this year, as provided in the agency-specific allocation under the 2023 General Appropriations Act or GAA. Alam naman po natin na isa ito sa mga inaabangan ng ating mga kapwa kawani ng gobyerno na talagang makatutulong sa kanilang araw-araw na pangangailangan,” wika ni Pangandaman.

Ang mid-year bonus ay katumbas ng isang buwang sahod at ibibigay ito sa mga entitled personnel na nakapag-render na ng kahit apat na buwan sa kanilang trabaho.

Dapat ang empleyado ay nasa government service, as of May 15, at mayroong satisfactory performance rating sa loob ng nasabing panahon.

Kabilang sa mga kuwalipikadong mabibigyan ng mid-year bonus ang lahat ng mga civilian personnel, kahit regular, casual, o contractual, appointive o elective, full-time o part-time, Executive, Legislative, at Judicial branches, Constitutional Commissions at iba pang Constitutional Offices, State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), at Government-Owned or -Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) na saklaw ng Compensation and Position Classification System (CPCS), at maging ang local government units (LGUs).

Magkakaroon din ng mid-year bonus ang mga military personnel ng Armed Forces of the Philippines sa ilalim ng Department of National Defense at uniformed personnel ng Philippine National Police, Philippine Public Safety College, Bureau of Fire Protection, and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) ng Department of Justice, Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) ng Department of Transportation, at National Mapping and Resource Information Authority ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
